Theo Tech Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Theo Tech are digital goods (eBooks) that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and the download link has been provided, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are intangible and instantly accessible after purchase, they cannot be returned or “un-downloaded.” Therefore, refunds cannot be processed once the transaction is complete.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.

You received a corrupted or unreadable file, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
